Michael is the Managing Director of a multi-award-winning leadership firm that has supported more than 11,000 leaders across construction, infrastructure, e-commerce and technology. He is the host of the Executive Excellence Podcast, and the Co-Founder of the Infrastructure Intelligence Lab, Australia’s leading AI accelerators for infrastructure. He also acts as a Director of Winston & Jemima Associates, a boutique investment firm.
